Discover
Depending on project stage, my work starts with research, foundation sprint, or design sprints, in order to take in your needs and align the journey ahead with company goals.
Define and design
Once our goal has become clear through an intensive discovery period, I facilitate the process of having a more rigid development plan across disciplines, and of course, start the UI/UX design process.
Develop
As my design work advances, I start working with the developers to define the UX, offload, UI, and define technical requirements of backend and frontend through intensive brainstorming sessions. This is followed by day to day technical management of the development process.
"Do things that Don't scale" to Scale
While product is in development, I help sales and marketing with laying out the GTM strategy, building up leads, and testing and piloting the product consistently with users prior to, during, and after launch through "doing things that don't scale", all while getting the company and product ready for massive scale.
